Saw this trend and figured I’d do my spin on it 😉

I was induced 12 hours after this class and gave birth to my beautiful song Luka ❤️ I’ll have to do the full birth story at some point!

Shoutout to my @adamhildebrand who rocked pretty much every class with me while I was pregnant! 🤰 by @dibfitcycle

The last 5 and a half weeks have been some of the hardest of my life, navigating my brother’s devastating accident and everything that has come with it.

And somehow, in the middle of it all, we’re celebrating 4 years of DibFit this weekend. 🥹

This place has held me through some of my greatest highs and some of my hardest days. This anniversary feels different — a little heavier, a lot more meaningful, and definitely worth celebrating. ❤️

Please join this incredible community and group of instructors this weekend to celebrate all we have built.

We are also dropping an anniversary sale, 4 classes for 109. 💫

See you rockstars on the bike

What a superstar!!!! @picovitorhugoroberto 🔥

Vitor is an amazing rider, and it was amazing to have him take my class for the first time in Vancouver BC ( this is obviously not his first spin class ever!)

He did my class and we filmed this very quickly immediately after. So impressive! by @dibfitcycle

Today’s highlights in 90 seconds 🔥 Favorite moment? Our Queen dancing for us on the podium @danieladibfitness 👑💃 Missed it? I got you 😉

Thank you Vancouver, thank you @dibfitcycle you were unreal

My brother @liam.dib was in a severe scooter accident last week. The extent of his injuries are catastrophic, and his family and loved ones are beyond devastated.

Liam is a beautiful soul who we love fiercely. We will do everything we can to help him regain consciousness and recover. He is deeply loved. A grade 3 DAI is crushing to hear, but we know Liam is a fighter.

Because we believe in the power of miracles and community, we want Liam to wake up and be able to take all the time he needs to recover. A brain injury of this magnitude will require faith, patience and believing in small wins. We will stay focused on the bigger picture no matter how long it takes.

Liam really needs us right now.

We will stay strong for him.

There’s a reason it’s the hottest class 🥵

Love our sexy Fridays!

Do you wanna Guess…
The name….
Of the new choreo 😉

See you around the world babes 🌎

As much as we love choreography, the most important part of class is always that you let loose, feel the music and have a great time ❤️

What is DibFit all about? 💫

It’s an energetic community that thrives on uplifting our teammates. Every instructor brings a unique hype and style to their class, while also providing a killer workout.
