At Jingga, Bumi Kinar, set high above the valley, a dynamic mix of chefs and thinkers meets at the edge of tradition and change. Glenn Erari of Semaja cooks from memory, drawing on Chinese Bangka and Papuan heritage to shape dishes that are both personal and precise. Dick Derian brings bold East Javanese flavours, reworked with a contemporary edge, while Made Masak anchors the table in Balinese tradition. As the kitchen comes alive, the conversation deepens. Oliver Truesdale-Jutras brings a global perspective shaped by leading kitchens and regenerative thinking. Bram Hendrata, CEO of Ismaya Group, offers insight into building one of Indonesia’s most influential restaurant groups, while Edward Spiers moderates with a considered editorial lens. A welcome drink by Semaja opens the experience, alongside bold flavours and sharper questions in one of the festival’s most anticipated events. 📍Jingga Restaurant at Bumi Kinar 🗓️ Friday 29 May 2026 ⏰ 17:00 - 22:00 🎟️ IDR 890,000++ Head to our website at tinyurl.com/UFF26SpecialEvents or tap the link in our bio to get your ticket. by @dickderian

Celebrating culture, creativity, and community. Desa Kesanga – Ogoh-Ogoh 2026 brings us together to honor tradition, support local artisans, and keep Balinese culture alive. Good times, do good. #desakesanga2026pohe #OgohOgoh2026 #PotatoHeadFamily by @dickderian

In my 20s, I faced many failures idealism, ego, wrong market fits, and countless missteps. But through it all, I learned to see things differently obstacles didn’t break me, they shaped the sound of my journey Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter with a big, visionary company I’m not quitting I’m moving forward Because even the unseen steps are already part of the success story So HERE WE GO a new journey as part of Keluarga Kentang. See you at Desa! 🥔🌴 by @dickderian
What I Wish I Knew Before 30 : who you are > what you own Your name can be erased. Your title can be taken away. Your brand can be stolen. But your character, your skills, and the way you work — those can never be stolen. When I lost the brand I built, I realized one thing: what makes people come back isn’t the big name, but who you truly are. You’re not defined by what you own. You’re defined by who you are when all of that is gone. #wiwikbefore30 by @dickderian
