Why are we shooting a reference video? 🎬

As we’re getting ready to bring the d!di live show to more stages, festivals and venues, we need something that shows bookers what we actually do live.

Not just a music video. Not just a song on Spotify.

The band. The sound. The energy. The performance.

This first reference video is our way of capturing that and creating something we can use for bookings and festival applications — while also learning how to present the live show better with every step.

Usually, you only get to see the final result.

This time, we want to take you behind the scenes and show you how we’re building towards those bigger stages.

First reference. First step. 🎥

Live Music Session mit Didi & The Dirty 30s “Didis Bday Bash” ✨

@didi_f2d
DIDI Artist Bio Deutsch

Took some time off to hangout with family, clear my mind and let go off all the tension and stress that didn’t serve me. I’m back in o7 now but with a different perspective and approach to the same old process. I understand now that there’s nothing more important than the way i live my life. And that no matter what I’m doing I shall never sacrifice MY WAY in order to get anywhere. Especially as an artist what counts more than anything is my perspective and lived experience. That’s what I’m building on to reach out and inspire the world. But even when there’s no one listening I know it’s not going to be in vain because MY LIFE is still changing. Make sense? lol. Next Live Shows coming up:

My Band and I are going to be at @uebehaus TWICE this week for Bohnenviertelfest:
Wednesday (22.7.) from 8pm is another public rehearsal like we’ve been doing every Thursday for the last coupling weeks.

Friday (24.7.) from 10pm we’ll be playing our set at the Fest. Btw for anyone wanting to come out: @noir_de_soul is playing right around the corner at @bix_jazzclub from 8.30pm - might as well enjoy their show as well 🫵🏽🔗

Have a blessed week everyone 🤲🏽 taken in Übehaus by @didi_f2d

There’s something special about sharing a stage with people who give everything for the music.

This show marked a big step for us. Seven musicians. One stage. Original music. A room full of energy. And reference footage that reminds us how far we’ve already come.

We’re just getting started.

If you’re looking for a live act that brings soulful vocals, a full live band and an unforgettable atmosphere to festivals, venues, cultural events or corporate events—we’d love to hear from you.

Shoutout everyone involved
