La moka di @didisala vince il Day 2! ☕🏆

Fate i complimenti a @didisala! 🏆

I need to get ready for today convention and I’m late, but I really want to post these two very special pics first 🥹

Éowyn and Faramir have been among my favourite fictional characters for the longest time (you could probably tell from me cosplaying 3 different Eowyn versions), and finally meeting Miranda Otto and David Wenham was incredible. They were super sweet, and just gorgeous.
Thanks @comicconbrussels for inviting them 🙏

I tried to offer them some stew, but they refused for whatever reason 👀

“My friend, you had horses, and deed of arms, and the free fields; but she, being born in the body of a maid, had a spirit and courage at least the match of yours. Yet she was doomed to wait upon an old man, whom she loved as a father, and watch him falling into a mean dishonoured dotage; and her part seemed to her more ignoble than that of the staff he leaned on.”

I’m attending @comicconbrussels with a new Éowyn costume tomorrow. Very exciting meet and greet sessions ahead 🥹

You better believe I’m rewatching the trilogy these days

“[…] Then let us cross the River and in happier days let us dwell in fair Ithilien and there make a garden. All things will grow with joy there, if the White Lady comes.”

These are old photos (from 2023!) of a Éowyn costume I don’t wear as often anymore. Old photos that my good friend @remyliesmith took with our phones while we were messing around. Nothing fancy, just pure cosplay euphoria.

2 days until my new Éowyn costume debut 👀

So.
I decided to take this Moka to Lucca Comics. If it fits into my tiny car, that is.

I’m a bit scared of getting it damaged in the crowd, but hopefully it’ll be safe to wear on Thursday or later at night to just chill.

IF I manage to squeeze it into my car, IF I build up the courage to risk its safety in the streets of Lucca, and IF you spot me, come and say buongiornissimo caffeeeeeeee?!!

I’m trying to be more consistent with posting with Lucca C&G coming up. So here we go!

I mentioned more than once that I prefer wearing costumes that I’ve assembled myself, but this dress is simply gorgeous. I bought it almost 10 years ago, before I knew the first thing about sewing or garment quality, and I got so lucky. It is fully lined, with many layers, there is a fantastic drape to it, and yes, the fabric is synthetic, but incredibly it doesn’t get too stinky and it’s a very durable material.

Really grateful to 📸 @davide.massacra.photographer for making this dress stand out like it deserves

A bunch of random unpublished unedited pictures of my Riza Hawkeye cosplay over the years, to both celebrate Oct 3rd and to kiss this costume goodbye (for now, at least).

Happy FMA day everyone 💙

Still debating if wearing this version of Ventress or the Sith one to Lucca Comics this year 🫣
