8 years ago, we started as bachata dance partners. Somewhere between the music, the practices, and all the dancing, we fell in love. ❤️

Dance brought us together, and for years, it was one of the strongest connections we shared.

Then life gave us our most beautiful blessing, our daughter. 🥹❤️

Becoming parents has been the most beautiful and challenging chapter of our lives. And as much as we love being mom and dad, somewhere along the way, we started losing a little of who we were as a couple.

Our love never disappeared, but our connection changed. Even dancing together, something that once felt so natural, started feeling difficult.

As our daughter grows, we’re slowly learning how to find each other again. How to be not just mom and dad, but Diego and Yuyu too.

We chose this song during a vulnerable moment in our relationship, hoping we could reconnect through the one thing that brought us together in the first place.

And somehow, we did. ❤️

This isn’t our most complicated dance, but it’s one of the most meaningful we’ve ever shared. For a moment, it felt like dancing with each other for the very first time.

We’re learning that even the strongest relationships go through seasons when you feel a little lost. What matters is continuing to choose each other.

Sometimes love isn’t about never losing your connection. It’s about finding your way back to each other, over and over again. ❤️

FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS al hombre que puedo llamar mi pareja, mi mejor amigo y el amor de mi vida 🥹❤️ 8 años juntos y wow… hemos pasado por TANTAS cosas 😂 momentos hermosos, momentos difíciles, cambios, locuras, sueños, proyectos, crecer juntos y ahora convertirnos en papás… y siento que cada etapa, incluso las más difíciles, siempre termina haciéndonos más fuertes. Desde que llegó Celeste todo cambió tanto, y también tuve la oportunidad de enamorarme de un nuevo tú 🥹 verte convertirte en su papá ha sido una de las cosas más bonitas de mi vida. Eres un papá increíble, un hombre demasiado trabajador y alguien que siempre está buscando la manera de que a nosotras no nos falte nada. Me encanta la familia que hemos creado, nuestras locuras, nuestras risas, todo lo que hemos construido juntos y hasta esos días en los que queremos matarnos 😂❤️ Me siento demasiado afortunada de tener a mi lado a un hombre trabajador, divertido, amoroso, protector y lo suficientemente loco como para seguirme en todas mis ideas 😂. Estoy demasiado orgullosa del hombre que eres y de todo lo que hemos logrado juntos. Nuestra historia definitivamente no ha sido perfecta ni siempre fácil, pero creo que por eso mismo la amo tanto, porque hemos crecido muchísimo juntos y seguimos eligiéndonos. Closing out Sky Weekender with our demo after the last class of the weekend ☁️💙

We still can’t believe how amazing everything turned out 🥹✨ Teaching, dancing, hosting, and sharing this whole weekend with our community was so special to us.
