There’s no “right time” in the Bible — only the decision to act. Ecclesiastes 11:4 says it plainly: “Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.” Waiting for perfect conditions means never planting at all.

That’s exactly what’s happening with buyers right now. High rates. Rising costs. “I’ll wait until credit improves.” “I’ll wait until the market cools.” Sound familiar?

Here’s the truth: rates are unpredictable when they change, if you wait you have just sabotage your own strategy & your ability to refinance later. Costs shift, but strategy accounts for that. And credit? That’s not a wall — it’s a fixable variable. I work with banks & credit repair specialists who help buyers work around that and specialist who help bump their scores , so a low score today doesn’t mean “no” — it means “not yet, but soon.”

You don’t need perfect. You need a plan.

DM me “ Home” and let’s map out your path to homeownership — rate, credit, and all. 🔑🏡

Soggy Bois Present: 🧖🏽‍♂️
Big respect to @haram_diego for leaving it all in the cage at @epicfighting 62 🙌 Even with a broken nose, he pushed through and came out with the W. 🥊🔥

That’s grit. That’s heart. That’s what the Soggy mindset is all about—no excuses, just pressure, discipline, and the will to finish what you start. 🧖🏽‍♂️💧

Moments like these remind us: the grind isn’t always pretty, but it’s always worth it.
