People ask me all the time why do I always seem happy and always smile, I tell them I just have too much joy. Smiling has always been something that came natural to me from having a father who is an amazing photographer, as kids my siblings and I were constantly posing and smiling for pictures 😀💯. Another older gentleman a couple of years ago told me I seem like I never let things bother me, in admiration, and told me to never lose that. I told him “yeah I just never let things get to me too much and get me down”. Smiling sends electrons through your mind to your body and ignites positive energy around you. Protect your joy. Smile 😃 #legendary #mindset #lifestyle #smile #flexfriday #joy #nasm #bodybyo #Cali #beach #fitness #beyondthepump #volcom #vans taken in Coronado, California by @diesel4dappl
