Congrats to Tana for coming in 1st out of 96 at the Summer Sizzler 5k race in Wichita, Kansas. Finished 19:29 with an 6:17 pace. He is a dawg.

This is Shawn he was lost a few months ago, made a promise to his self and the rest is history. Preaches the verse " Romans 8:18"

This is Wan he lives by quote “discipline is the best form of self love it shows the commitment you have to yourself and your dreams”

This is Mikey AKA Gumbo. He’s currently 40lbs down since the start of his journey in January 2026. He ah Dawg keeps it pushing at all times!

This is Jeremiah aka “Joshiesty” i’m currently working on a goal tryna get to 185lbs and i’m currently 167lbs tryna make it to UFL💪🏾

This is Montana. M might stand for (Motivation)(Meaningful)(Momentum). He mostly believe in pushing his teammates in every good position possible. He would call himself a leader and a tempo pusher!

This is Jessiah he lives by the quote “Do or Die” he never gets out worked because if he does then he has it in his head that he will die and he has A LOT to live for so it’s literally “Do or Die” for him.
