This is your sign to stop worrying about what people think of you, and focus on what YOU need!

After 3 extremely successful years as an entrepreneur, the realization that I needed to go back to a 9-5 was a huge burden on my mentally and emotionally. I was SO scared because of the toxic work environments I endured AND because of how the people that say they look up to me would view me. I was feeling all kinds of things… ‘Am I a failure?’ ‘Am I being punished?’ ‘What happened to the 5 figure months!?’ … and the truth is, I’m not a failure, by business still turns a profit, and in this economy that’s huge BUT it’s not the same, and I realized that that’s okay too!

Being transparent and honest is the best gift I could give someone who ‘looks up to me’ because I’m proof that it’s okay to pivot, it’s okay to do both & it’s okay to not be okay!

Luckily, I found a hybrid remote job (meaning I’m in person maybe twice a month) and I have the most amazing team, a GREAT BOSS and I get to work from wherever I want/need to!
