BACK IN STOCK

Finally 2025 has started and we couldn’t wait any longer to share with you the first release of the year!

Periferico is back after his first release in 2023 with a very special 5 tracker EP. All the tracks were produced between 1998 and 2009 and we were able to recover them from old DATs. While the A side is written and produced entirely by Livio, the B side was co-produced with Luigi Mussi showcasing the first 2 drum&bass tracks ever released on Undersound Recordings.

The EP opens with Sixth Event (2004), a slow, hypnotic track with a trance-infused, syncopated disco vibe, making it perfect for 5am listening and setting a reflective mood. Car Ride (2009) is an acid slow-burner, characterised by classic Periferico chords and a mesmerising sequencer, offering a laid-back yet evolving energy that pulls you in. Twelve Dances (2009) stands out with its filtered chords, solid bass-line, and melancholic pad harmonies, creating an emotional depth that resonates. The B-side includes Cuts and Seamed (1998), a vintage drum & bass track with an experimental, dark vibe, adding intensity and unpredictability to the mix. Finally, 2 Weeks (2001) carries a cinematic, slow drum & bass feel, evoking a serene, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for quiet moments of introspection or calm.

[USR034] Periferico - Days, Months and Years soon available online and at your local record shop.

New label Species hits the ground running with its debut release. The outlet is an extension of globally-renowned booking agency Pieces, and will feature music exclusively from the agency’s roster, which includes some of the scene’s most formidable and talented DJs and producers. The first release comes from an exhilarating project - Punky & The Brain, AKA Otis and Paul Lution. Described by the duo themselves as “scientific experiments” the music is a fusion of playful excursions with their lab equipment, and their musical knowledge. Together they have been experimenting in the studio, merging incisive technical prowess with straight up dance floor-focused rhythms. Their field research has tested emotional variables on numerous research subjects through live performances in the most renowned clubs. A Fender bass guitar and vocoder bring another dimension to their studio exploits, and this EP is the result of their preliminary scientific findings…

BS22001 — C.ru.z
These sounds were not made for comfort. They were carved from late-night static, broken machines, and restless hearts.
This record marks the beginning of a catalogue for those who seek meaning in the shadows.
For those who understand that music is not just heard, it is endured, inhabited, and shared.
Use this work to channel the anger and dissonance born from today’s chaotic world, with responsibility, awareness, and resilience.

Cosmic G maps the liminal terrain between waking consciousness and neural drift across four transmissions. Synaptic pathways fold into spiraling architectures. Each sequence a deeper descent into the mind’s hidden hollow circuitry. From euphoric dissolve to the hum of interior mechanisms, dream state traces the geometry of altered perception where the dancefloor becomes ritual chamber. An invitation to slip into the frontal cortex and navigate the frequencies that rewire thought itself.

After a few quiet months, Griffé returns in 2026 with a powerful new release from Milès Borghese.

Previously featured on renowned labels such as 9finity (Secretsundaze), Squid Recordings (Liquid Earth), and Neptune Discs, Milès delivers a versatile EP that reflects his sound and dancefloor sensibility.

It’s Just EP moves between driven, high-energy cuts (Checkpoint) and deeper, more textured territories. Dubby atmospheres, cold chords, and hypnotic grooves shape the more introspective side of the record, leaning toward dub techno with a deep, minimal, and mental edge.

A balanced and refined EP built for both peak-time impact and late-night immersion.
