A new build is now available for sale at the shop. Size L

This one came together in a way I couldn’t really plan.
I had a few parts lying around that I just couldn’t picture on any other frame than this one. Every detail ended up here for a reason.

A rare 90s Focus frame with Ritchey rear end, mixed with a modern Shimano CUES drivetrain, Velo Orange seatpost, Nitto handlebars, Brooks saddle, MKS pedals, Panaracer tyres and a Manivelle front rack. Old and new parts, all somehow working perfectly together.

I completely fell in love with this build while putting it together…

From Instagram to a Custom Bike

It always feels special when someone comes from outside Brussels for a custom build.

Pedro had been following Diggy’s Cycle on Instagram, and somehow that eventually led him from Antwerp to the shop to build his own bike.

For this project, we went for a vintage Wheeler MTB, keeping things simple and letting the character of the frame speak for itself. Just carefully chosen parts that work together and give the bike its own personality.

I really enjoyed putting this one together. There’s something about these old frames that makes you want to keep things raw, while adding just enough refinement to make them feel fresh again.

Elegance with a raw edge.
Vintage character, simple details.

Thanks @pedro_elias_elias for following the journey online, trusting me with your bike, and making the trip from Antwerp to Diggy’s Cycle. 🚲

I originally picked up this singlespeed for my girlfriend, but she never really felt comfortable with the drop bars and wanted something that felt more like her.

So I gave it a little boost with a Velorange riser bar, giving her a more comfortable riding position and better support when pushing the singlespeed.

Built around a beautiful 8bar frame and a rare Collector Omnium crankset, a model that is no longer in production.

A few changes, a different attitude, and now a bike that feels much more like her.

A little piece of Diggy’s history.

This Cannondale used to be mine, long before Diggy’s Cycle was even a thing.

I decided to give it a proper refresh: keeping the old-school character of the frame, while giving it a new life with a fresh drivetrain, some green details, modern touches and a few carefully chosen parts.

Still the same Cannondale at heart, just a little sharper, a little cleaner and ready for many more kilometres.

This Wheeler was too good to leave untouched.

That deep pearlescent green frame already had so much character, so I wanted to keep the build clean and let the chrome details do the talking. The polished mudguards, silver components and little orange touches work so well against the green. One of those builds where every detail matters.

Available at the shop !

Built with:

@brooksengland saddle
@bikethomson stem
@atelier_medium chainring
@tempibicycles handlebar
@velo_orange mudguards
@mkspedal pedals

BIG NEWS AT DIGGY’S CYCLE

Cinelli is officially joining the shop.

For me, it was an obvious match. Cinelli has always been one of my favourite brands, from their unique identity and graphics to my own Cinelli fixie.

And now, I’m super happy to bring them to Diggy’s Cycle.

You can now order the Cinelli Tutto Mini as well as selected Cinelli Spéciale gravel bikes directly through us.
We’ll also have a selection of Cinelli accessories available soon in the shop.

A brand I’ve loved for years, now officially part of the Diggy selection.

(Coming soon, available to order in-store)

Pedro came from Antwerp by the shop with one idea in mind: building a bike that really felt like his.

We looked through some frames together and landed on this beautiful frame Wheeler. From there, he gave me pretty much carte blanche, with a budget to work with and one request: make it Diggy’s.

Old school MTB base, built into something practical, solid and made for everyday riding.

Atelier Medium chainring, Pelago front rack, wide Continental Cross Kings, plenty of silver details and that original Wheeler graphic doing most of the talking.

Really loved putting this one together.

Thank you for the trust @pedro_elias_elias

AVAILABLE AT THE SHOP! A while ago I built a GT Timberline for my girlfriend. Ever since, I kept thinking that one day I’d build another GT, but this time exactly the way I imagined it.

This GT Palomar is the result.

Built around a size S frame that can also comfortably fit a smaller rider looking for a compact size M, every single component was chosen with intention. A Thomson stem paired with Atelier Medium handlebars gives the bike its clean riding position, while Fiend grips add just the right finishing touch. Up front, the Sumo rack carries a Wald basket with a dedicated coffee cup holder because a city bike should be as practical as it is beautiful.

The build continues with a Brooks C17 saddle, a polished SunRace crankset fitted with an Atelier Medium chainring, MKS pedals, polished Velo Orange fenders and Maxxis tan wall tyres to complete the classic silhouette. Finished with Shimano Acera shifting, it’s a bike made to be ridden every day without compromising on style.

I don’t build bikes by following trends. I build them by mixing parts I genuinely love, creating something that feels timeless, reliable and unique.

This one is now available at Diggy’s Cycle. taken in Diggy’s Cycle by @diggyscycle

A fresh restock of vintage frames has just landed at Diggy’s Cycle.

This new selection brings together frames from a time when mountain bikes were built with strong identities, distinctive geometries and details that are difficult to find on modern bikes. Among them is a beautiful oversized Cannondale, instantly recognisable by its bold aluminium tubing and unmistakable presence.

These frames have already lived a first life. They have carried their previous owners through cities, forests and countless kilometres. Instead of leaving them forgotten or unused, the idea is to give them a completely new direction.

I will personally select the components, colours and finishing details for each build. Every frame will be reimagined in my own way and transformed into a complete Diggy’s bike, balancing the original character of the frame with a fresh, functional and contemporary setup.

Each one will be different, with its own personality and purpose.

This is not simply a frame restock. It is the starting point of a new series of bikes, carefully rebuilt and brought back to life by Diggy.

Stay tuned to discover the first builds. 👀 taken in Diggy’s Cycle by @diggyscycle
