A glimpse of our latest project nestled in the heart of the Upper East Side✨

This elegant residence tells a layered story of heritage, culture, and timeless sophistication. With deep family roots in Manhattan, our client’s connection to the neighborhood runs generations deep, making this project more than just a home but a continuation of a legacy.

We are bringing modern living glam to this classic Upper East Side apartment, blending her love of art, fashion, literature, history, and travel with an ambiance that reflects the prestige and poise for which the UES is known. Rich textures, thoughtful curation, and a chic, elevated aesthetic breathe new life into the space while honoring its history.

A tribute to where old New York elegance meets contemporary style, this home reflects the essence of what makes the Upper East Side a destination of distinction.

Presenting the render of Captain Thompson’s 1700s ship captain’s house in Portsmouth, NH, a landmark rich with history in this storied town.

For centuries, its walls have stood as a testament to time, and now, alongside an incredible team, including the visionary architect Carla from CJ Architects and our passionate clients, we are breathing new life into its legacy.

Together, we are transforming its original grandeur into something even more extraordinary: a harmonious fusion of history, Italian excellence, and the client’s deep love for art, travel, and culture.

This is more than a renovation; it’s a revival of craftsmanship, storytelling, and timeless beauty. Stay tuned as we unveil its next chapter.

Welcome, I’m Andrew DiGiovanni, founder of DiGiovanni Design Studio. I believe interiors are more than spaces, they’re storytelling canvases that mirror life’s journeys.

I’m thrilled to be transforming two landmark projects: a historic 1700s ship captain’s house in New England, where I’m blending old-world Italian chateau glamour with sophisticated contemporary refinement to create a refined space that reflects a client’s storied travels, art, wine, and other treasured collections; and an Upper East Side residence that merges contemporary sophistication with a nod to timeless Manhattan chic, celebrating a legacy of travel, art, and fashion.

The finished room is only part of the story. It’s the hundreds of meticulous decisions behind it. The renders that test an idea before it exists. The materials compared, the proportions adjusted, the details drawn and redrawn, and the things changed that no one will ever know were changed.

The work is in what you don’t see. taken in Portsmouth, New Hampshire by @digiovanni.studio

Gilded mirrors, aged brass, murals, millwork, and stone.

Pace, fast, to-do list is endless, seeing it all come together makes the late nights and early mornings worth it.
