Ghana 🇬🇭, you were beautiful and Delicious and empowering, and semi-restful lol. I say semi- because y'all, there were many nights of sleeplessness, Ghana knows how to party! Here are some of my favorites from my holiday trip.

Our visit to Elmina Castle, and "Ancestors Day" as a whole, was absolutely my favorite part of this trip. I'll post more about that in a separate post.

Some Reggaeton for my birthday. Happy 36th birthday to me!! 🎉🎂💃🏽 It's been a great year.

The Ice Breaker question today was "How have you grown in dance this year?" and I've grown So much in feeling in the groove this year and in finding pockets to make dances my own. I can just feel myself getting smarter and more decisive in my weight shifting and in my artistic choices. It's a good feeling. I'm Really looking forward to growing even more in my dancing next year. I love this!
