I don’t follow the crowd to “get through”.
I’ve grown accustomed to making my own path. That makes it much easier to know what’s for me or not.

Ever felt like you had music in you but just didn’t know how to express it?
I was the guy that would beat a rhythm on the school desk.
Eventually that lead me to becoming a DJ, radio announcer, sample playback performer, producer, remixer, radio commercial producer and more.
No matter your musical journey, I’ll more than likely be able to relate to it and I can help.
Reach out via the link in my bio 🙏🏽👊🏽🔊

I’m excited to launch The Music Creator Camp…a new, beginner-friendly vacation course designed for teenagers and adults who want to learn how music is created.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll learn how to build beats, create melodies, arrange songs and complete your own music project.

As an Ableton Certified Trainer with over 15 years of experience teaching live performance and music production, I’ve designed this course to be practical, creative and accessible to complete beginners.

More details coming soon.

I think as persons who care about the culture, have worked at high levels in the industry and have had significant experience in promoting it, we have a really good idea where our music can go if we have the right product to show off. Let's get our music into rooms people would never think it could get into...by encouraging our best products possible...not someone else's. Do you agree? Share your thoughts in the comments 🙏🏽 #chutney #podcast #dcurrystew #music #chutneysoca by @diisiimo

One of my students asked me if it’s hard to get to class and back home…knowing that I’m from south and I wake up at 4 a.m. to teach a class at 9. I simply told him that I was grateful…grateful to have the opportunity to teach them, in a world-class studio, where it matters to them.

I love this.
I love and have ALWAYS loved sharing what I’ve learnt from my experiences in various professional roles in entertainment over the years…from radio broadcasting, DJing, music production, radio commercial production, remixing, live performance and now live show visuals.

I do it because I know what it feels like to not have the access to proper training, equipment, facilities and money to get it done. That struggle made me appreciate everything I have and taught me the importance of giving back. I give my best because it matters.

Why do you do what you do?
