Now…I like fast, but 3 minutes fast is too much for me. I used to have a stand alone 1 hour skin consultation on my clinic menu because it’s takes time to dig into someone’s skin and life. This feels more like a smart AI screening tool than a full derm-level analysis which is cool if we’re being upfront to users. As I always say, buyer beware and ask alllll the questions.

I think @claudeai is best for people who already have some skincare knowledge and experience and aren’t starting from scratch. Treat it like an intellectual date.

As someone who sometimes struggles to put the TV on, you’d think I’d give tech a wide birth. But nah, I decided I wanted a piece of it, so I’m classed as a non-technical founder which means I’m that person in meeting consistently saying ‘back up, what does that mean?’ 🤣🫣

I’m getting better, but these three resources have made all the difference to understanding the tech world, AI everything in between. It’s my version of immersion learning.

Back to tell you why winners don’t have two heads - they’re just more willing to look silly, fail repeatedly, feel embarrassed but just above all, park any ego and try again.

I’ve done it before, been too concerned how it might look, who might say what yaddi yadda, overcoming those concerns can feel like a mountain to climb, but once you do, you’re winning already and you realise, everyone is running their own race, they don’t have time to look at you.

Be in no doubt that the big conglomerates are right now thinking about how to prime Alpha Generation to be their next consumers and ethics will be all over the place. Having watched things unfold for the last few years, @clickedskin is as much a personal mission for me to ensure the Alpha Gens in my life (and by extension, your kids too!) grow up feeling safe, secure and confident in their skin.

The stats show us that they are increasingly turning to AI for their skincare advise, so as a mother, do I just want to leave them at the mercy of the super large beauty companies and AI providers? Hell no, I’m wading in.

They say not to mix personal and business together, but I think it’s worth it on this occasion.

Founder life is tough, can be lonely and hardens you in so many ways. It’s good to bring back some softness and share conversations with other founders who get it. Somehow we all made room for each other to offload, brainstorm and offer an understanding squeeze.

Thank you @antlerofficial for making this bootstrapped founder look the part with super smart luggage. @skinceuticals - I love your focus on female founders because we do need hardworking skincare whilst we spend endless hours toiling away and @biosculptureuki - who performed a miracle to give me such pretty nails. So many founders say things like nail appointments are the first thing they ditch when trying to fund the business so this was a treat. Huge thanks to team @quartz.london for bringing this all to life!

The @the_pig_hotels was such a beautiful place and the weather was just perfect.
