things keeping me sane during exam season: dhikr, power naps, breathing exercises, my star candle, chai (all forms, pink tea, green tea, black tea, milk tea), coffee, stopping to admire flowers even if it's for a minute 💌🕯️🎀🧸🌻🍂 I get really bad anxiety during exams, so I try and keep myself relaxed despite the stress and pressure, what works for you? by @dijataldiary

these are some pictures I took today in the name of healing because what was that viva today?! 😭 I can't tell if I did good or not, Allah please let the odds be in my favour and let me not flunk my midterms!! Also I love how I see fall colours and warm pictures everywhere, makes my heart feel warm and nice hehe and yes, from now on I'll keep posting 10+ pictures of the same coffee from different angles because it looks so good ahh-

my hobbies and studies fighting on who gets to occupy my time on a random autumn evening 🥀💌
Nothing beats the coziness of being surrounded by your favourite things, I don't find the time to keep hobbies anymore, any free time I get I sleep or just wander and sit in presence but once I would spend my evenings under the sky with books and words that I would hide away in my journal. Now I spend hours standing in hospital rotations, talking to patients, learning from seniors, building one concept at a time and it feels great, tiring but great. I still sometimes can't help but think of the old me, who despite being more anxious and dedicated than me was carefree, how she'd watch the sunset and sunrise and always be in the company of hobbies that made her heart happy, I don't know how she used to manage so much but Inshaallah one day, we'll get back that discipline and will take time out so my hobbies and academics don't have to fight for my attention in my subconscious.

Tum apni kashti banatey jao chahey koi tum par yakeen nah karey aur log tum par hasey, Jo galtiyaan tumse hogayi hain, unki maafi maang lo Allah se, aur khud par gussa karna chorh do, khud se dushmani paal kar tum zindagi ke jungon ko larney se pehley he haar jao gey; forgive yourself, keep seeking Allah's forgiveness, learn from your mistakes, and keep swimming ahead in life. Aur jo mushkil tumhaari zindagi mein Hain, chahey unkey hal honey ki koi umeed nhi, you still have to keep hoping as your hope is not from this world but from the one who created it. Sab theek hojaye ga, tum bas himmat nah haarna aur ager himmat haar bhi chukey toh koi baat nhi, you can always start again, no matter how bad the fall was. by @dijataldiary

aur shayad zindagi isi ka naam hai, chaltey raho chahhey koi tumharey saath chaley nah chaley, bas dehaan rahey ke chalney ka jo raasta chuna tumney woh sahi raasta hai. Aur sahi raasta kya hai? likin yeh dunya ke firaun kab tak apni firauniyat dikhayien gey? jesey har arooj ko zawal, har sooraj ko garoob hona hai usi tarah inkey hisaab ka waqt bhi zaroor aaye ga. Tum himmat nah haaro, tum Allah ki rassi ko mazbooti se pakar lo aur apni duaoon ki takat ko nazar andaaz mat karo, woh sab dekh raha hai, sun raha hai aur beshak tumhaarey aanso zaaya nhi jayien gey.
