I have procrastinated, struggled, and literally balled up on this one!

However, I have finally gotten around to giving it form and gift it to the world, hoping it fills someone’s sails with much needed wind, that it ignites the dying embers of another’s creativity, or simply echoes the cherished artistic memories of another.

I would like to thank everyone for the birthday love.

Your words, prayers, and kindness met me like soft rain on a long road.

This new chapter feels tender and unfolding, and I’m stepping into it with quiet gratitude - for the valleys that shaped me, the mountaintops that lifted me, and the people who coloured the journey with grace.

Twin‑digit territory on the 4th Floor (44)……what a wonder! Lol

I stand here in quiet awe of my life’s journey so far. Without doubt, it certainly hasn’t always been a straight line; there have been valleys deep enough to swallow the light, as well as mountaintops bright enough to make me forget the valleys ever existed. Yet through every high, every low, and every bewildering in‑between… one thing remained constant: I am still HERE.
And honestly, that alone feels like victory.

So today, as I celebrate another birthday (one of many more to come, by God’s grace), my heart is full of gratitude.

I’m thankful for every moment that led me up to this point. I’m thankful for every person, institution, idea, thought, and belief I’ve had the privilege of encountering over the years. I want you to know that the canvas of my life looks the way it does because of you….each stroke, each colour, each unexpected shade. A vibrant testament to the fact that I am not “self‑made”; rather, that it truly takes a village, and I honour mine.

So! As I step into this next chapter (which, fair warning, may look a little chaotic at first 🤣😅) I’m shifting gears into a leaner, more intentional rhythm, and I ask one thing: Please, say a prayer for me.

Pray that I have the grace to rise above the worries that life so generously scatters across our paths daily.

Pray that I learn to live fully in each moment, without fear, without hurry, without shrinking, but most importantly that I live it full of love and gratitude.

And for those quietly wondering… No, I do not feel old.
My joints, however, have recently developed a concerning habit of trying to convince me otherwise. But who should I believe, myself or my joints? The jury is still deliberating… lol.

If you’ve read up to this point, I would like to thank you for the birthday wishes, and for indulging my reflective ramble.
