Not good enough…

Grateful to the medical team to help me reach the start line off 1 week of running. It’s been a difficult 8 months with many personal, physical and mental challenges to overcome. So happy to be able to string together a number of consistent performances despite it all

Dillon Millard | Athlete of the Week 🥣

This week’s FLYCARB Athlete of the Week is Dillon Millard.

Dillon earned the title following his 8:48.76 3000m steeplechase at the BMC Grand Prix in Birmingham 🤝

Dillon’s time was not only a PB, but also seven seconds inside the World Junior Championships qualification standard of 8:55 🔥

For context, that performance ranks Dillon 5th in Europe at U20 level this year, and 11th on the British U20 all-time list 📈

Dillon has been using FLYCARB’s BICARRB since the early days, and it’s been great to follow his journey and see him thrive with our product.

Well done to Dillon, his coach @coachdavelee and his club. Let’s hope we see him in a GB vest in Oregon this August. Let’s go!
