Quick look into the leadership retreat from Vegas last weekend!

Blessed and grateful to serve and empower companies to keep GROWING!!

Leadership if influence, it’s that simple.

How can we continue to operate out of a growth mindset and lead those around us just the same as we lead ourselves?

Let’s growww!!

Environment is everything.

We are either surviving or thriving. What kind of soil are you in currently? Is it rocky or is it fertile??

Pulled up to the basketball game to support my friend… and somehow walked out with a new friend too @dillonpollard_ . Crazy how God places the right people in your path, even in the middle of all the noise and madness. 🙏🏽

We talked, we connected, and we even said a prayer together right there in the arena. Moments like that remind me—God is good, all the time.

Grateful for real people, real energy, and divine timing. 🏀✨

Profit flows when purpose grows.

***

Entrepreneurs and businesses don’t necessarily have a profit problem; I would say it’s more of a people and purpose problem.

How are you stewarding and leading your people?

Is it empowering them to grow closer to the company’s purpose and their own?
