3:19 → 2:59. SUB 3. 🤯

It still feels wild writing that. I’m still taking it all in and trying to understand what I’ve actually accomplished.

16 weeks of locking into one goal. Showing up consistently. Making the sacrifices. Trusting the process.

And it paid off.

Huge thank you to my coach @coachjoebingham for believing in me, supporting me and keeping me accountable every step of the way.

And a massive thank you to the @nvperformance__ team for the testing, data and support throughout this block.

From a 3:19 marathon to a 2:59 marathon.

20 minutes faster.

Mission accomplished. 🫡

Operation: COLOGNE MARATHON.

The mission is set. The objective is clear

I’m putting in the work, making the sacrifices and doing everything required to achieve the goal.

I’m lucky to have an incredible coach backing and supporting me @coachjoebingham

No excuses. No shortcuts. Just execution.

The mission ends at the finish line.
Let’s see what the clock says.

7 weeks Out.

Hi I’m Dillon here’s a bit about me… 👋🏾

I’m not here because fitness has always been easy.

I’m here because I know what discipline, consistency and showing up every day can achieve.

Over the years I’ve served in the British Army, competed across multiple sports, and dedicated myself to becoming the best coach I can be. Every challenge has taught me lessons that I now pass on to the people I coach.

Whether your goal is to run your first 5K, chase a marathon PB, prepare for HYROX or simply become fitter and more athletic, my mission is the same:

To help you become a better version of yourself.

Thanks for following the journey so far. If you’re new here, welcome. This is just the beginning. by @dillzinmotion

What does magnesium actually do? 👇🏾

It supports normal muscle function, energy release and electrolyte balance, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Training, nutrition, recovery and the basics matter, every day. Optimum Nutrition’s Magnesium Glycinate+ can support your magnesium intake alongside a varied, balanced diet.

Small habits. Daily consistency. 🤘🏾

MICHAELA’S PROGRESSION 📈

When Michaela first came on board, she had big goals. Goals I knew she was capable of achieving, even when she struggled to believe in herself.

One thing I noticed early on was that Michaela had the ability, but not always the confidence.

So we focused on the small wins. One session, one achievement and one step at a time. Over time, those small wins became massive ones!

Michaela has come an incredible way physically, but what makes me proudest isn’t just her performance. It’s her new mindset and knowing what she’s truly capable of. Now that’s powerful!

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t physical. It’s learning to simply believe in yourself.

I couldn’t be more proud of you, Michaela! 👏🏾

Ps can you tell Michaela loves a hilly half marathon 😅

Now our sights are firmly set on HYROX London with a huge goal to achieve! 🤩 by @dillzinmotion

The race is done. Now the recovery starts.

We asked Team SiS for their go-to post-race recovery tips.

From refuelling to resetting, here’s how they get ready to go again.

@eva.spasova Progression! 📈🔥

🏁 First HYROX: 1:16:05
🔥 GYMRACE: 1:09:22 → 57:17
⏱️ 12 minutes and 5 seconds faster
🏃‍♀️ 10K PB: 48:42

These numbers tell one story, but what they don’t show is everything Eva’s had to overcome to achieve them.

Injuries, personal challenges and moments when life hasn’t gone to plan. Yet through it all, she’s continued to show up, put in the work and trust the process.

That’s what I’m most proud of!

Because the biggest transformation isn’t always physical. It’s the confidence, resilience and belief you build in yourself along the way.

As a coach, watching that growth means more than any finishing time.

Couldn’t be prouder of you, Eva 🤝🏾

Next up HYROX Dublin! 🇮🇪

I can see this one being a result as well! 🔥 by @dillzinmotion

STOP TRAINING WITHOUT A PURPOSE. 🎯

You can put in all the hard work, but without the right structure, direction and accountability, you’re making the journey harder than it needs to be.

That’s where I come in.

Whether you’re looking to become a stronger runner, improve your HYROX performance or simply become the fittest version of yourself, I’m here to help you get there.

My coaching isn’t just about giving you a programme. It’s about helping you understand your training, build confidence and develop the discipline to keep showing up.

Your goals. Your journey. My guidance.

Ready to take your training seriously?

You’re seeing the moment I became a sub-3 marathoner through my eyes 🤩

42.2KM of managing the effort, embracing the discomfort and constantly reminding myself to keep pushing.

My only worry was keeping mind stronger than anything else.. I had to keep reminding myself of mission and WHY am I doing this!

2:59. Whatever it takes.

Day after the marathon going for a walk

The @lindt chocolate factory by @dillzinmotion

Race day vlog. 🇩🇪🏁

The early wake up.
Trying to eat when the nerves are kicking in.
Getting the kit on.
Checking everything for the tenth time.
The journey to the start line.
Seeing the crowds.
That quiet moment where it finally hits you…

This is it.

16 weeks of training had brought me to this morning.

No more sessions to complete.
No more fitness to gain.
Nothing left to prove in training.

Just stay calm, trust the work and execute the plan.

Standing in that start pen knowing I was about to attempt something I’d been thinking about every single day for months…

A 2:59 marathon...

The nerves were high, but so was the belief.

Operation Cologne Marathon. 🇩🇪
I had to execute the mission. 🫡
