“This is my bicycle. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My bicycle is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. My bicycle, without me, is useless. Without my bicycle, I am useless. I must ride my bicycle true for absolute peace!”

Bright sun on the waves,

Behind the barriers and into the heart of the action. 🌈 There’s nothing quite like the Sunday rush in the team zone. Merci, Montréal—what a week. 🫶🏼

Seconds feel like hours, but the dream lasts forever. ⏱️✨Watching a lifetime of hard work click into place in beautiful slow motion at the U23 Men’s World Championships right here in Montreal. This is what chasing greatness looks like. 🇨🇦🚴‍♂️ Dreams don’t just happen; they are earned. #instacycling #beautyofcycling #montreal2026 #cyclinglife #inspiration taken in Montreal, Canada by @dima.den_

Pain is temporary. History is permanent. 🇨🇦✨
In slow motion, you can see the exact millisecond where pure suffering turns into pure art.
The Aerobullet Remco Evenepoel locking in a historic 4th straight World ITT Title.
The absolute powerhouse Filippo Ganna defying gravity.
The relentless engine of Bruno Armirail emptying the tank.
The sheer, explosive talent of Isaac Del Toro pushing the limits. And 19-year-old prodigy Paul Seixas flying onto the elite world podium.

Real speed doesn’t rush—it slows time down. ⏱️🌈

When the city slows down, the orange glow of the streetlights takes over, and every empty avenue feels like a quiet transition between who you were and who you’re becoming #instacycling #cycling #beautyofcycling #montreal #cyclinglifestyle 📸: @_pegs_ 🫶 taken in Montreal, Canada by @dima.den_

Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal: In slow motion, a split-second executive decision looks like a beautifully orchestrated ballet. This is what it takes to survive sixteen brutal laps on the revamped Montreal circuit. Absolute precision at the absolute limit. #instacycling #beautyofcycling #cyclinglife #montreal #gpcqm2026 taken in Montreal, Canada by @dima.den_
