A very special closing with some VERY SPECIAL CLIENTS. I ( @the.dreamrealtor )was able to help my sisters family and my brothers family close on their dream lots to build their dream home RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO ME . YES me and my siblings will all be NEIGHBORS in that gated community on 2 acres of land. Let’s talk about buying the block😏 We’re also the 3rd family to own in that gated community. This has been a dream of my family since kids. I couldn’t be any more happier for them❤️. I always tell my sister I love how our life is now but I’ll die to go back to us as kids in the same house for one day but God said he had something BIGGER! 🥺We’re not going backwards we’re going forward and we’re building our DREAM HOUSES TOGETHER 🏡❤️🔑 Congrats to @_yellamodelchikkk @hennyindamix @desmondsimon42 @undauntableone_ 🥰

SIBLING COMPOUND COMING SOON…. Should I start a YouTube channel now lol?😜🤔😎

Big day for Dream team! 🙏🏽
So Last November me and my partner wanted to invest in Real estate but didn’t know a lick about it. I woke up one day with the crazy idea I was going to get my real estate license so we could know all the backends, fast forward to February I became a licensed Texas Realtor first try, trust me this was no joke! Failed contracts, failed deals fast forward to TODAY we closed on our very first investment property where we will be building Two single family homes not to mention I earned my first commission because I’m the Realtor and I will be selling my own houses! Big shout out to Dream Team the sky is the limit 🤩🤩🤩

Introducing Houston’s newest Realtor with two new construction homes on the way💪🏽let’s get it 💰 my favorite thing to say the most valuable thing you can buy is LAND because God isn’t making anymore so the TIME to BUY is NOW😈 can’t wait to work with you guys 🫶🏽 #htxrealtor #realestate #newconstruction taken in Houston, Texas by @dimeee__p

This what hard work and dedication look like! 🍾🥂

A year and half no breaks building two houses back to back no handouts, straight hustle💰! No general contractor, never built a house before just a piece land and building plans. Buyers falling out of contract left and right ( one time a hour before closing🤦🏾‍♀️)But through it all we still came on TOP! Being able to give families new homes and being able to provide jobs to the people in the community throughout the process was the biggest blessing of it all ! …….. This just the beginning 😏 taken in Houston, Texas by @dimeee__p

Sometimes you have to stop and congratulate yourself for how far you’ve come. 🙌🏽

Running ONE business is tough — but running TWO? That’s the grind!

I’m proud to be a young entrepreneur, successfully managing a fleet company while also growing my real estate business — helping others buy and sell homes while building my own portfolio. 🏡🚛👷🏽‍♀️🔨

It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle, but don’t forget to pause and give yourself credit for the progress you’ve made. Success doesn’t happen overnight — but consistency and hard work will always pay off. 💪🏽

Keep pushing, keep growing. The best is yet to come. 🔥

This wasn’t just any closing this was a special closing 😊A client reached out to me to book a possible listing appointment to sell her house the next day I found her a buyer ready to close in 3weeks, and this buyer just so happened to be my DAD🎉 And It’s SAFE to say both parties were satisfied! 😉

CONGRATS TO MY DAD on the purchase of another property and for steal at that !🥳❤️🙏🏽 TO be able to find steals, help, and educate my family invest into real estate is truly a blessing🙏🏽❤️

I want everyone I know to have OWNERSHIP 🏡🤪 @the.dreamrealtor
