🌴 @oaktownthursdays was a blast!! Thank you to our musical partner in crime @dimelo.dj for filling downtown Oakland with the sounds that we love!

❤️ Special thanks to @its.dannie Daniel and the entire OakTown Thursdays crew for giving the Oakland Salsa Club some serious shine ✨.

🔑 This past Thursday, with the support of Dímelo DJ and OakTown Thursdays, we were able to give the people of Oakland a class on the roots of the clave, the most important rhythm in salsa music, along with a free dance party for the Town to enjoy!

❤️‍🔥 OakTown Thursdays is a vibrant night market in the very heart of downtown Oakland, showcasing the best of what our Town has to offer. Every third Thursday of the month, the last one for 2026 will be Oct 15th, so mark your calendars!

💃 Our next free community event is Salsa and Sangria with @montclair.village this Sunday (9/20) from 12-4pm. Absolute Beginners dance class on how to dance Salsa On2 (contra-tiempo) from 1-2pm, with @dimelo.dj at the musical helm before and after.
