Big perch season is slowly creeping in… the perfect opportunity for me to test out a kickback rig with a small 2-inch soft bait, and that’s all it takes! 🍕 I can’t wait for the peak predator season to start, how about you guys? 🎣

🇬🇧
Walloon Season Opener 🇧🇪 It was still dark, barely any visibility under the street light 💡 A controlled drop using the 9 cm Fat Lui in FireTiger from @monkey_lures.fr @monkey_lures , and a massive hit right in the rod within the very first minutes of the action 👊 We love it when the opening day plan goes together perfectly 🎣

🇬🇧
The day after the Walloon season opening, fate decided to cross my path with a giant 🎣🔥 The weather was rainy, it was 6:00 PM, and a Fat Lui was swimming through the water when a lightning-fast strike hit, sending a shockwave through the entire rod 💣 An unforgettable moment! 🎣

🇬🇧
Still riding the momentum from the opening zander catches, this little clever one was hiding along a wall, waiting for its prey 😎 And that prey was none other than a 9 cm Bleak Shad in the Lime color.
