THE THREAD: swipe through and read what being rich means to me, why I want it, and why you too- can have it.

This is the business that I had once prayed for. The business I didn’t know I needed.

The moment of realization: here I was, nearing 40yrs old without any form of passive income, no retirement plan, just knowing that I can’t be a photographer forever.

I didn’t even want to be photographer for another 10-15 years. Even if I kind-of did, I knew that I physically was not able to do this into my 50s and 60s.

So now what?

I would sit there, observe, and think…

How are all these people building passive income streams? It seemed like everyone is selling a course, just to make a quick buck. But which thing is for ME?

But truth be told: I’m watching these people online building things that they claim make them all this money, but I have no idea what the heckkkk they’re doing and how they’re doing it

So. I prayed and prayed and prayed.
God… give me a business you know I would love and be good at.

Make it clear and obvious.

And… won’t He do it.

Because the God I serve has never failed to show up for me.

And he did it again.

He gave me this business and it was so clearly, perfectly for me.

So I enrolled. I knew that I knew that I knew.

I was so excited to get started .

And then reality set in: I was sooo overwhelmed in the beginning

Which hello- we all are, when we start something new

But now that it’s been a year, I can confidently say I’m so grateful that I found this business opportunity!!

All the haters and gossipers can watch from the sidelines as I grow toward my goals of financial freedom

I truly do not care what they think or say.

And that alone is so freeing.

So if you’re one of those people who are looking for something- what are you waiting for?

How many more days away from your kids are you willing to spend just to make ends meet?

Parisian architecture, charm & beauty 🫠

There’s just something about it … I will never get over Europe and everything it has to offer

You know how sometimes it’s nice to go somewhere to sit there and enjoy the space?

Occasionally, I’m that girl

More of this for future me: slow down and take it in and don’t be in a rush to get to the next spot

And I don’t want it to be occasionally, I want that to be my allllll thee timeeee ☕️🫶🏼

I never wanna look back and be like “remember that trip where we rushed our way through Paris?”

Nah…

Explore like you’re not in a hurry

Listen to music in the local language

Eat in places full of locals

Wander the streets off the beaten path

Be kind to strangers

Smile at people. Compliment them.

Don’t blend in with the masses.

Be different.

Learning how to trust the Lord so deeply in this season, that nothing can shake me.

Something crazy happens. I have a moment and get right back up.

Life is but a vapor and everything is fleeting… so why worry about the things you cannot take with you into eternity?

If God cares about the birds and the lilies, how much more does he can about his kids?!! YOU!! ME!

We all have the same 24 hours in a day.

It’s time to analyze how those hours are spent.

What we prioritize, what we value, what we care about the most.

The Bible I read says- build first the kingdom, and everything else will be given to you

It doesn’t say “get 5 jobs and work 24/7, you can serve later when you have more time”

It’s almost like “but will you volunteer your time when it feels counterintuitive? (bc you know you could be out there making money rn)

Scripture to sit with:

Proverbs 16:2
“All a person’s ways seem pure to them, but motives are weighed by the Lord.”

Proverbs 16:9
“In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”

Proverbs 19:21
“Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.”

Proverbs 16:3
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

Also… this part was unplanned, but these all happen to be Bible verses from Proverbs, which is also what our last @purelyvindicatedpodcast episode was about:

LETS HOP INTO MY DMs:

I’ve had a bunch of people reach out to me here telling me “ok, I’ve been watching what you’ve been doing for months now” (I’m assuming some have been watching just to see if I would still stick to it, 8 months later…)

When they could no longer contain their curiosity, people would finally ask:

Ok, it’s been months, can you tell me more about this travel business you’re doing?

What is it that you see so valuable that you want to add it onto your already-full plate?

Wait, did you quit photography?!

And the infamous question: are you part of Travorium???

No, I’m not with Travorium. That’s a travel club built on recruiting, you can’t book trips for other ppl in that business and get paid for it. My business is very different.

And alsooooo no I didn’t quit photography ☺️ I’m building this travel business on the side while I continue to do photography, that is still very much my primary source of income.

So no, 8 months in… I’m not going anywhere, if anything, this is just the beginning!

And guys, you can also do the same thing too- work on this travel business in your spare time, at your own leisure.
