From managing high-level operations across the nation, by being face to face with city and state leaders through devastating loss and helping rebuild and establishing culturally rich neighborhoods, and now to launching her own business, Dina leads with both strength and intention, proving that success is not just built—it’s earned through courage and consistency. Escaping the city sometimes feels necessary. Miami moves fast, and after spending more than eight years constantly traveling, I realized how much I needed a moment to simply slow down and be present.

The last four months have been different. I’ve been pouring my energy into myself and into a project I truly believe in—something I feel in my heart has the potential to change not only my life, but the lives of those around me.

Sometimes growth requires us to step away from the noise, reconnect with ourselves, and trust what we’re building.

A new version of me has been born.
