They surprised us on our wedding day and sang “Way Maker” during the speeches, and that is exactly what The Lord has been for us these first 2 years of marriage. Things have not always been easy for us, but we fought together for our family. We’ve believed together that God would come through for us again.

We’ve experienced beauty mixed with hardship and miracles mixed with trials.

Here we are nearing the other side of a very challenging year. We endured my complicated pregnancy together with 3 ER visits, my month hospital stay, and Gregory’s 3 week NICU stay all while your dad almost died from complications after his heart surgery . I’d like to say after all that, things instantly got better for us, but they didn’t. It’s seemed like this year has been one thing after the other after the other. But in the middle of all this, we chose to trust the Way Maker.

There has been a lot of unknowns, but one thing I know for sure is that I am so glad we got to endure all this together. You were such a good support when we were in the hospital for so long. You comforted me when I cried, you cared for me, and stayed with me even tho you had to drive over an hour to work each day. I am so grateful for you & am so glad I married you 2 years ago.

Now, our son is healthy and growing so fast 🥹, your dad is doing amazing, and soon we will embark on a new journey together with our family in NC 📍

Through all of life’s ups and downs, I’m sure glad I get to do them with you. 🥰

Happy 2nd Anniversary, honey. I love you so much. ❤️‍🔥🫶🏻😘
