☺️ Losing weight for me was never just about seeing a smaller number on the scale… it’s been a long journey with myself. 🤍

A journey with days when I felt motivated and strong, and other days when I felt tired and like I wasn’t making any progress. But over time, I realized that real change doesn’t happen overnight, and that every small step, no matter how simple, brings me closer to my goal. ✨

I’ve learned to be kinder to myself and to celebrate every bit of progress instead of blaming myself for every setback.

I don’t have to be perfect… I just have to keep going. ❤️

Step by step, at my own pace, and without being too hard on myself…
I’m still going. 🤍✨ taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @dinasamiamin
