This morning was Eden’s first time at church, and she did amazing! It was so special watching her meet all the wonderful people who have been blessing her with gifts, prayers, and love since her baby shower. She also got to spend a little time with Stephanie! 🥰

Did you know that unforgiveness can be a hang-up?

Unforgiveness doesn’t just keep us tied to the past…. it keeps us from experiencing the freedom God wants for us.

Choosing to forgive doesn’t mean what happened was okay. It means you’re trusting God with the justice and refusing to let the hurt continue to control your life.

Recovery begins when we release what we’ve been carrying and allow God to heal the places that have been broken.

At midnight last night, my sweet Romeo turned SIX! 🎂

Six years of loving this little boy, and somehow, he just keeps finding new ways to steal my heart.

Romeo, you are the sweetest little gentleman. Gentle, kind, and so full of love. You’re nothing like your sisters, and that’s exactly how God made you.

You stay close, never wander too far, and you’re always ready for a cuddle. You’re brave, even when you’re scared of your own shadow. And oh, how deeply you love.

We thought we were picking out a little girl, but when that precious little girl went to heaven, God sent us YOU. And oh, how He knew exactly what He was doing. ❤️

You were the little boy we never knew we needed.

You’ve healed places in my heart I didn’t even know needed healing. You’ve shown me what pure, unconditional love looks like, and you’ve made our family a little sweeter simply by being you.

And if there’s one thing I hope you always know, it’s that you were never our second choice. You were God’s perfect choice for us.

Happy 6th Birthday, my precious Romeo!

No matter how many birthdays come and go, you will always be Mommy’s little gentleman, my sweet boy, and one of the most beautiful little blessings God ever placed in my arms.

Today, I received the most beautiful and unexpected gift in the mail, along with a message that truly touched my heart.

Nicole, I don’t think you realize just how much your thoughtful gift and beautiful words mean to me. Sometimes we go through life not realizing the impact we have on others, and then God sends us a little reminder that love and kindness never go unnoticed.
