I authorized my own face to AI.
And made a 60-second ink-wash wuxia film.

——《黔灵侠女》/ Spirit of Qian ——

As a couture designer, I've always felt that "AI Chinese style" was too superficial—throw on an ink filter, add some flowing white robes, call it a day.

I wanted to make something different: the weight of real fabric when sleeves dance in the wind, the tension of a hand gripping a sword, the solitude of a lone rider in misty mountains.

In this film:
⚔️ The face: mine, officially AIGC-authorized
🖤 The costume: from my QIANLING couture collection
🖌️ The ink-wash staging: from the calligraphy and ink paintings of my grandfather, Ding Dejun
🌿 60 seconds · zero dialogue · pure ink-wash atmosphere
⛰️ From bamboo forests to a thousand miles of rivers and mountains, one sword turns to rain, and she returns.

Not AI making "Chinese style."
Me, using AI to paint the wuxia heroine in my mind.

In an era of infinite AI-generated content, authenticity is the new luxury—a real face, real designs, real ink, real aesthetic judgment. Four things AI cannot produce on its own.
