Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. My first ever post to announce this officially. MasyaAllah tabarakallah 🌟

There’s a lot to tell. Terlalu banyak nak cerita dan berkongsi. Terlalu banyak sampai tak tahu nak mula dari mana 😆

Alhamdulillah with the opening of my very own dental clinic, the long awaited dental clinic I can say. Delay teroks gara-gara macam2 drama phewww 😅 But Allah is the best planner. HE knows when is the right time. Kun fayakun.

Semoga dengan izin Dia atas pembukaan klinik ini, maka dengan izin Dia juga lah semoga klinik ini maju jaya & mampu memberikan khidmat servis yang terbaik buat semua patient yang datang. Sorry to those yg I tak jawab / mengelak nak jawab bila ditanya “bukak klinik sendiri ke?” 😆 Bukan taknak jawab... cuma takut kalau jawab Ya awal sangat kang tak jadi naya ja. My new baby. Baby ke 3 ya. Adik Sofea & Saif. Nama dia Sparkle. Hahahaa macam Onz jer S jugak! 🤣 Kuat juga alahan mengandung baby Sparkle ni ya. Tak lena tido ibu dibuatnya. Makan tak kenyang mandi tak basah. Lol 😅

Ya Allah, semoga dengan izin Mu @sparkledentalpuchong ini ditubuhkan, dengan izinMu juga lah klinik pergigian Sparkle Puchong ini dilimpahkan rezeki yg berkat & dijauhkan dari segala hasad dengki dan niat yang tidak baik. Lindungilah kami & limpahkan kami rahmat & berkat mu ya Allah... bimbinglah kami kejalan yg diredhai Mu. Semoga Dr Dini diberikan kesihatan yang baik dan dapat memberi khidmat servis terbaik buat semua patient Dr Dini... Aminnn ya Allah 🙏

A special gift for our dearest staff nurse @_asfaanis who has been part of our Sparkle family at @sparkledentalpuchong for almost 5 years.

From being our staff nurse to now embarking on this beautiful new chapter as a mama… we’re truly so happy and excited for you! 🥹👶🏻💕

May you have a smooth and safe delivery, may both you and baby always be healthy, and may everything be made easy for you throughout your delivery and confinement journey 🤲🏻

Strength & Stations class with coach @illyvated 💪

Every class I pergi, I harapkan coach punya menu bukan biashe-biashe and yes class Ily memang tak pernah mengecewakan. U balik dengan kepuasan sebab your legs are shaking & badan dah penat giler 😂 That’s when u know your body just had a good session. Well they said if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you, right? Growth happens outside your comfort zone 🙂‍↕️

ps : after today’s class I now know that my left leg are weaker than my right leg. So sistur gotta keep working on that left leg! @povstrongmoms 🙌 by @diniabdullah

Who feels the same way too? 🙌

It’s funny how it suddenly changes, right? You start going to the gym to change your body, but somehow, you end up changing so much more.

You become more mindful of what you eat. Your priorities change. Even your social circle starts to look different. Surrrounded by people who want to become better than yesterday, friends who don’t judge each other, but constantly lift each other up 🤍

I feel truly blessed that Allah has put me on this path. It’s not just about becoming stronger physically, but becoming a better version of myself in so many ways.

And now, being sponsored by @povstrongmoms for my next HYROX race makes this journey even more exciting! It gives me even more motivation to train harder, keep improving, and see what I’m capable of ❤️😍

Siapa yang tak pernah buat Teeth Whitening and takut nak buat? Haa tengok ni.. tak sakit langsung tau. Korang takyah takut. Baring je tunjuk gigi. Know know gigi berseri-seri lepas siap tu!

ps : Ni I buat before my Hyrox race haritu. Dah aim nak senyum lebar kat sportograph so buat Teeth Whitening siap2! Survive race ke tak tu no 2. Yang penting senyum gigi kena on point! Hahahaha 😂🤣😋

Hyrox Endurance class at @afterburnkl.fit by coach @pt_aymarnannuar . Fuhhhhh puas ya datang training dapat menu spicy macam ni. Berbaloi hadap traffic jam 1jam 30mins pagi tadi 😂

Penat, sakit, semput but this is exactly where we get stronger. Thank you Coach @pt_aymarnannuar for today’s spicy menu! 😎

Merdeka last-minute staycation 🇲🇾❤️

Decided to just go somewhere nearby because our firstborn has exams after the school break. She kept reminding us not to go anywhere this school break because she wanted to study. So ibu & abi kept our promise — to KL we go! 😂

Spent the whole 3D2N with endless pool & waterpark time. Saif & Syifaa definitely had a blast! Sampai last day tu diorang sendiri mintak nak naik bilik rehat 😂

Had such a great stay here! Definitely recommended if you have little ones — the waterpark here is sooo, sooo nice. The kids had the best time! 🤩❤️ by @diniabdullah
