Sometimes I just sit down and look at my life and start laughing because… how did we even get here? 😅

Like genuinely. This same me?

God really took one slightly stubborn girl with big dreams, a strong head, and questionable decision making sometimes and said, “Yes, let’s work with this one.”

Because if you knew where I started from ehn… this journey has been a lot of trial and error. Some things worked, some things did not work at all, and some things… we don’t talk about those ones again 😭

But somehow, step by step, everything kept moving forward.

I’m honestly just grateful. For the lessons, the opportunities, the people I’ve met, and even the mistakes that forced me to grow up.

Life is still very much in progress, I’m still figuring things out as I go, but one thing I know for sure is that we’ve come far.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how interesting my career journey has been.

Somehow I found myself navigating life as a content strategist, and along the way I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands in spaces I never even imagined I’d be part of like real estate.

Working with XLHomes Realty @xlhomesrealty has been one of those experiences that stretched me. I’ve learnt so much about how to communicate things that are bigger than just “content” projects, developments, long-term value, real impact.

But beyond the work, I think what I’m most grateful for is the growth. The kind that happens when you’re figuring things out, asking questions, learning on the go, and slowly becoming more confident in what you do.

Some days I just pause and realize how much I’ve actually learnt just by showing up and doing the work.

Still learning. Still evolving. And honestly, grateful for the journey so far.

Life has shown me that at some point you just have to be brave.

The kind of bravery where you start making bigger decisions for yourself. Trying things you’re not completely sure about. Taking steps that feel a little uncomfortable but you know deep down you can’t keep playing small.

I’m learning to trust my gut more. To stop overthinking every move and just go for some of the things I’ve been thinking about for a while.

Not everything will work out perfectly, and that’s fine. But at least I know I’m giving life a proper try instead of just sitting back and wondering “what if.”

We move. 😌

Today, I’m grateful for strength, and courage to chase my dreams ❤️
