Hosting an intimate dinner where strangers come together around one table is equal parts exciting and nerve-wracking. There’s the planning, the preparation, the investment, and that little voice wondering if people will actually show up.

But then they do. The room fills, conversations begin, connections happen, and you’re reminded why you took the leap in the first place.

Our latest dinner came to life at @thesolennetablekc and we’re so grateful to Kristin for helping us create such a beautiful setting for an evening centered on belonging, community, and connection.

A little reminder to take the chance. What if it all works out? 🥂

One of our favorite parts of Dinner Article will always be the people who pull up a seat.

The familiar faces, the new introductions, the different stories and perspectives, and the conversations that remind us how much we can learn from one another when we make the time to connect.

Our latest dinner was a beautiful reminder that sometimes all it takes is a seat at the same table to bring people a little closer.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for bringing your whole selves to the table and making the evening what it was. We’re so glad you were part of it. 🥂

Hosting is more than setting the table. It’s creating the feeling people remember long after dinner is over.

We’re so grateful to Kristin for welcoming Dinner Article into her beautiful space and bringing our vision to life so thoughtfully.

Nestled in the heart of the Crossroads, The Solenne Table is an intimate, light filled space made for gathering and connection. For our dinner, Kristin designed a beautiful end-of-summer tablescape, using burnt orange as the base and adding fresh fruits, calla lilies, and candlelight to bring it all together.

Thank you, Kristin, for sharing your space, creativity, and talent with us. We’re so grateful to have had Dinner Article at The Solenne Table.

A seat at the table can lead to conversations you didn’t know you needed.

A look back at our latest supper club in Kansas City, where we gathered around the table to talk about community, identity, belonging, and how we can better support one another.

Good food, a beautiful table, and conversations that stayed with us long after dinner ended.

What should we talk about at the next one? 👀

A seat at our table is about so much more than dinner.

It’s about saying yes to new conversations, hearing perspectives you’ve never considered, and meeting people you may have never crossed paths with otherwise.

Whether you come with a friend or arrive solo, you’ll be welcomed into a space where curiosity is encouraged, stories are shared, and meaningful connections are made.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to join us, this is it.
