Staff retreat film just dropped 💥 We are still buzzing from the quality time, laughter, and pure child-like wonder we were accessing as a group. Now we are back into the flow of working reallyyyy hard and making delicious food for our beautiful guests :’) mwah

I want you to imagine me -Julie- as a an MC at a boxing match (but I’m taking the form of talking fork or knife or something). This is how I would introduce two perfect dishes on our current menu, going head to head for the win which entails being eaten by you (the reader/instagrammer)

Mango coconut sorbet with fresh mango, sumac, mint, and toasted coconut 🤤

Grilled corn ribs in espelette spice, roasted Jimmy nardellos aka the king of peppers, fried shallot, lime, and scallion 🌽

Back from break with this gorgy summer salad of heirloom tomatoes, lemon drop melon, Persian cucumber, ricotta salata, cane sugar and fish sauce vinaigrette, pickled shallot, mint, garlic flowers and basil blossom 👄

And then Oona appeared in front of them, and proceeded to fulfill the desire.

@verified_street_rat we wish you the absolute best on your next journey on this beautiful earth. Having you as a friend, leader, conspirator, top chef, handyman, jester, designer, legend in our little corner of the world, has been one of the greatest times of our lives. You should be so incredibly proud of yourself, I know we are!!! We love you deeply and appreciate all your hard work, your beautiful mind, your loyalty, your palette and love for life. You showed us how good life can really get.

IT IS THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!!!
When the dinner party staff takes a sacred week off to enjoy the summer weather and friends and family and whatever we please really. I can’t wait to update you with what we ate and cooked on our summer vacations 😜

We will be back with a new menu on July 7th!

Come see us for the last weekend of this menu (today - Sunday). While you’re at it, give our beloved genius iconic exec sous chef @verified_street_rat a goodbye hug + 1 million dollars to congratulate her for being the GOAT and closing out her dinner party chapter. We are in the mood to celebrate cry rejoice and party SO COME PREPARED! by @dinnerpartybk
