Believe it or not, for some people, coffee is only the second best thing at Batu. The first? Becoming stronger, one session at a time. Here’s Kak Dian’s story, one of the OG members of Batu Strength Training.

The Imam of Masjid Nabawi recited two very short surahs on Friday prayer; Al Kautsar & Al Ikhlas.
In that choice is a quiet act of mercy. The imam understands that worship is not about testing endurance or proving strength.

That same wisdom carries beyond the mosque.
True leadership, like true compassion, is not measured by how much more we can demand, but by how carefully we pay attention to those who might otherwise be left behind.
Sometimes mercy sounds like shorter verses.
Sometimes care looks like lowering the bar.
And sometimes the most faithful thing we can do is to meet people exactly where they are. taken in Al Masjid an Nabawi المسجد النبوي Madina Munawarah المدينة المنورة by @diocta

Somewhere that’s making the news for all the wrong reasons are people I once met.
Kind, warm, generous souls.
Thinking of them now breaks my heart.
May they be safe. May their kindness survive all this darkness. by @diocta

The Island of Aryans.

Setiap jalan kecil punya cerita, setiap orang yang kami temui punya kehangatan. Mereka mungkin hidup sederhana, tapi caranya menyambut orang asing luar biasa kaya rasa. Hangat, tertinggal di dalam dada. by @diocta
