Found my old gym videos from 2018. I was in a better shape then. Nevertheless, one thing I will always continue is exercising and eating healthy... atleast 6 out 7 days a week. Will keep trying to get better. Better than my own previous versions!! by @dipindhingra

Stop #procrastination
Even small tiny efforts matter. Something is always better than doing nothing. The regret and guilt of not doing anything is much heavier than trying out something. Take care of yourselves ❣️

Noticing how many AED devices are in Canada and America, it feels like the government truly prioritizes its citizens' safety. In contrast, they're scarce in India. Installing these life-saving devices in public spaces like gyms, libraries, and malls could make a huge difference.

Great to see a lot of pickleball courts in Chandigarh. We visited @rallygully.chd court in sector 37 chandigarh. It was awesome. The security guard, Ajay Kumar, offered us rackets, balls and water without extra cost. The quality of the court is awesome. Will visit again. taken in Sector 37D by @dipindhingra

A beautiful meeting of two classical traditions — Tabla & Kathak, united by a shared passion for Indian culture. 🇮🇳🎶💃

It was a pleasure meeting Monis Zameer, accomplished Tabla Maestro, professional performer and teacher based in Astana, Kazakhstan. Coming from a seven-generation lineage of Tabla musicians and rooted in the prestigious Dilli Gharana, he continues to preserve and promote the rich tradition of Tabla through performances, teaching, workshops and cultural programs.

Also a pleasure to meet a distinguished Kathak dancer and teacher from Goa, India, dedicated to teaching, performing and promoting the rich heritage of Indian classical dance. A disciple of Guru Shama Bhate, Guru Varada Bedekar and Guru Seema Khedekar, she is the first Goan to complete a Master's degree in Kathak. She has previously taught Kathak in Goa through her institute, Sudha Kala Prangan, Goa.

It is inspiring to see artists like these carrying India's rich artistic traditions beyond its borders — preserving our heritage, sharing its beauty with the world, and creating meaningful cultural connections through music and dance. taken in Astana, Kazakhstan by @dipindhingra
