Opening this Thursday at LACC, Unraveling: Defiant Ecologies curated by Christal Pérez ( @momplsstop ) and Alexa Ramírez Posada ( @arxmirez )

Opening Reception:
Thursday Oct 24
4 pm - 7pm
VAMA Gallery
Los Angeles City College ( @lacc.vama )

It’s a pleasure to be welcomed to perform the acts of land restoration work as a part of this exhibition alongside artists working at the intersection of art and ecology on Tongva territory, “Los Angeles.”

Come check out what 9 gallons of water in 1600 sq. in. in the ground does over the course of the exhibition. I will be performing the installation of this work on opening day as well as offering california poppy seed capsules grown and harvested by yours truly. Come prepared with questions I’ll do my best to answer them or point you in the right direction 🌱🌱🌱🌱💧💧💧💧🏺🏺🏺 by @dirtproject_
