Reflecting on my career the last 4 years:
Threw away 2 years of sobriety which was a personal choice to be sober and a personal choice to drink again because of the overwhelming (drowning) stress. Got tossed in the deep end with zero resources to advance my knowledge of how to swim out of the shit situations. Got handed projects that were well beyond the abilities of our most qualified foreman at the time and way beyond the amount of people employed to complete the projects. Got to the point where pointing out the problems and shortcomings didn’t do shit so instead, I just drown in it myself and shrugged my shoulders like there was no other option. Concerns were voiced (loudly with no filter). Empty promises to assist with the drowning concerns. Took on a project that I openly voiced was beyond our skill set based on qualified manpower and general employment quantity. Dug a gaping hole that we had to climb out of with (again) unqualified help. Things were missed, balls were dropped, specifications were ignored.
Anyone who knows me, knows that I dedicate a lot of time and almost all of my energy into making sure doing my job to my absolute fullest potential. All in all, I would say the last 4 years felt like a shitty simulation. A lot of lessons were learned. A lot of boundaries were pushed. Learned more about peoples character than I ever thought was possible. Probably shaved about 5-7 years off my life from the excessive stress. Lost the value in most things that I used to enjoy. My new job is a step down as far as responsibility/role goes but it’s hopefully a step into a much more pleasant existence in the world. by @dirty_sanchez90

@dearkaylamarie and I bought this fancy ass UV printer like 2-1/2 years ago. We half ass set it up back then and I tried it out but never really got involved with it. Then it sat and collected dust, all the ink tubes got clogged and the watercooled UV LED light sprung a leak; corroding it all to hell. After going down a rabbit hole on YouTube and google about UV printers and how to work them, I decided to fix or replace all the screwed up shit, put new ink in it and give it another shot. Setting it up with the provided guides and videos was super time consuming because I don’t speak or understand Chinese and I can’t read Chinese either.
I decided to jump in head first and print some pinstriping on my water bottle. Printed it like 4-5 times on the bottle wrapped in painters tape so that I could take it off and try again. Still have a lot to learn, still have to fine tune settings and make some adjustments but we’re heading in the right direction.
Once it’s figured out and set up, the possibilities are endless. This printer can do basically anything. Logos on pens, golf balls, signs, pictures; the sky’s the limit. by @dirty_sanchez90

Drove the 63 this weekend on the longest trip it’s been on since I got it on the road. Took it to Wildwood for The Race of Gentlemen. Made there and back with no issues at all if you don’t include the quart of oil burned, half a quart of trans fluid leaked all over the place, or the exhaust and frame dragging everywhere. Definitely plan on going back next year! by @dirty_sanchez90
