✨Just one of those weeks where I need to use all my favorite audios 💅

✨My straightforward review on the @charlottetilbury Hypnotising Pop Shot Eyeshadow in Diamond Eyes is that I really like it, it’s pretty and performs well for me. The price is *very* high (fairly certain this is the most expensive single I own based on price for the amount of product listed), and one is enough for me! ☕️

✨Another big year of empties! Excited for 2023 to be a year of fewer empties since I’ve used almost all of my travel and sample sizes (have a few samples in end-of-year purchases), and can focus on using up full-size products.

✨I use the retail value for tracking to compare with my spending in different categories, and I try to focus on using my favorites and pricier items so that I use them up while they’re newer and don’t “save them for special occasions,” which I have a tendency to do. Plus, it’s just fun using all your fancy stuff 😂 I also focus on older products to use them before they expire.

✨Do you track empties? I’ve been doing it since 2018 because I like seeing other people talk about empties and I just think it’s interesting 😂

✨I’ll be posting a separate post with some more numbers, but here’s all the photos from 2022!

✨ Anyone else completely jammin’ to this song in 7th grade? Just me?

It took all my willpower not to buy all these beautiful highlighters @guccibeauty - I bought shade 4 opal pink 💕

✨Blush review! Ok so I’ve used this Nars blush duo using Fast Ride. I like the shade, it mostly dries down and I use powders on top anyways.

However, this mini duo is 2 of the more-sheer shades in this range. I didn’t know that different shades had different opacities but based on my swatches of the deeper mini duo & the shade Que Calor, the lighter mini duo is not as opaque.

That may be good or bad depending on your makeup preferences. The shade Orgasm Fantasy also seemed less pigmented/ less opaque, but not as much “sheer” as the shades in the lighter mini duo. These all have a lot of pigment but it blends out differently depending on the shade.

Just my 2 cents!

✨ Neutral peachy viral cream blush showdown! 😂

1. I finally really swatched the Prada blushes and I really liked them! I am going to get over my feelings about the plastic triangle that they call home.

2. I needed to see how @violette_fr Latte Praline compared to the 2 peachy-neutral Prada shades Bow & Dahlia.

3. They are all beautiful! I already bought #rosefumé from #violettefr in the sale so I went for #pradadahlia this time around 😍 I think it has a little more pink than #pradabow

Which do you prefer? by @discerning_spark

🕵️‍♀️ Let’s compare! Gucci bronzer swatches from 2023 and 2026 — I think they are a tad warmer now (2026) but still similar tones, and yes shade 2 has always been deeper than shade 3 (shade 2 is also more neutral than shade 3). I even triple checked the display.

The formula is still very nice and smooth on the skin, I personally just liked the prior-slightly-more-neutral shades from “before” — idk when these were reformulated and I understand sometimes formulas/shades get adjusted over time.

Anyways! I decided to buy shade 2 this time around bc I’ve always liked it. Will share more on these re: lighting can really effect how these look I’ve tried to show as accurately as I can for today.

Are you getting one of these bronzers in the Sephora sale? It’s still my favorite bronzer that is still being made, with Marc Jacobs 2nd place and the huge Dior bronzer 3rd (for powder bronzers). by @discerning_spark

🍯 @wetnwildbeauty #winniethepooh collab - seriously so cute! I liked the pink Piglet eye quad (and it can be a keychain) and the Pooh blush pot & lip gloss the most.

So adorable! I see most of this listed at Ulta online but not everything so you might have to visit a store or also check the #wetnwildbeauty webpage — looks like they have some other headbands at least, but not all of the items I saw at Ulta.

🛍️ Sephora haul / part 1! Mix of new things I want to try, longtime wishlist, holiday, and re-visiting faves (Sephora collection liners).

There will be a part 2 (snd hopefully no part 3 😂).

Honestly I just love the simplicity of this sale with everything being eligible for a discount.
