Always a pleasure to do a vertical wine tasting! This time we did @grandpuylacoste - their 2019, 2003, and 1982. A real treat!

Six months of Vinícola 🍷

From a shared vision and a lot of late nights… to a space filled with clinking glasses, good food, and even better company.

What started with Daniel studying, Lauren collecting, and Lauren leading the way in building this space from the ground up, with Daniel right there alongside her… has grown into something we get to share with all of you every day.

It’s been six months of learning, creating, adjusting, celebrating, and pouring a whole lot of wine along the way.

To everyone who has pulled up a seat at the bar, shared a bottle, brought a friend, worked a shift, or cheered us on… thank you. You’ve made Vinícola what it is.

We’re just getting started 🤍 by @discerningsommelier

If Spain has been on your wine bucket list, this is your invitation. ✈️ by @discerningsommelier

Three glasses. No labels. No hints. 🍷 We put Daniel (@discerningsommelier) to the test with a blind tasting of three wines… and he guessed every single one correctly.

That’s the magic of a sommelier. Years of tasting, training, and listening closely to what’s in the glass, long before the label ever comes into play. by @discerningsommelier

Why not open a bottle of 1985 Etude Cabernet Sauvignon on a random Tuesday in October? #oldwine #napavalley by @discerningsommelier

✨ The final sprint is on! Our latest project that Lauren has been hard at work at are floating bar shelves with a custom stain blend and stemware racks. It’s feeling a little like watching a dream take shape in wood and wine. 🍷 Make sure you mark your calendars for our soft opening on September 27th, and if you haven’t already, make a reservation at the link in our bio. by @discerningsommelier
