The hardest set isn't on the bar. It's saying no to everything else. That's gangsta.

Increased the weight. Used one hand. Broke out in a dance. Rinse and repeat 🔁😤

I'm not motivated, I'm disciplined.

And last but not least... I want to thank myself. 🤍

For showing up on the days I didn't feel like it. For staying consistent when progress felt slow. For trusting the process instead of chasing perfection.

The results I'm seeing didn't happen overnight, they came from choosing myself over and over again.

The gym has become more than a place to work out. It's my therapy, my peace, my happy place. 💪🏽✨

Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife! ❤️🎉

This year, I wanted your birthday to be one you'll never forget. I told you to pack your bags, throw in some beach clothes, and trust me... no questions asked. 🌴✈️ You had absolutely no idea where we were going until it was time to leave.

Surprise! Welcome to paradise... Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷🏝️🌊

Seeing the look on your face made every bit of planning worth it. You deserve to be celebrated not just today, but every single day. Thank you for being an amazing wife, an incredible mother, my best friend, and my biggest supporter through it all.

My prayer is that this new year of life brings you endless joy, good health, peace, and countless blessings. Here's to making unforgettable memories together in paradise and many more birthdays by your side.

Happy Birthday, my Queen. I love you more than words can express. ❤️🥂🌺 #HappyBirthday #SurpriseTrip #PuertoRico #ParadiseFound #MyQueen taken in San Juan Water & Beach Club Hotel by @disciplined_driven
