I have a lot of hope for us all heading into 2026. May the entropy bring more empathy. Learn to love your neighbor and we can’t go wrong.
Happy New Year 🎆

There is just something about those red rocks. They welcome me home like an old friend with a big warm hug and we pick back up right where we left off 🫂🏜️♥️ taken in Zion National Park by @disco_pony86

Come on in, the water’s fine! 🐠🐟 (It’s not a metaphor…allegory? My Virgo soul is DEEPLY disturbed by this error but I’m leaving it in the name of growth 🧚‍♀️) #escapethetank #matrix taken in Chicago, Illinois by @disco_pony86

To my road dawg,

It's been two months without you.

My heart is heavy today.

We still talk to you, we still think about you, and we always will.

To our ride or die, my co-pilot, our best friend. We'll see each other again. We'll haul ass in the E30 when we do. Wind blowing in our faces, pedal to the floor, with our hearts filled. See you soon my boy.

I love you. by @disco_pony86

Oh, my heart ❤️‍🩹
My sweetest boy, Lou.
You were one of two left in the litter, I picked you up out of that cardboard box and you immediately nuzzled your squishy little jowls into my neck. From that moment, you were mine and I was yours.

Lou got sick in the fall. He was making a slow decline that got too steep this weekend and he let us know it was time. We had a wonderful last day together full of love and tears with a long, beautiful evening in the park.

Thank you for being by my side through it all for the last decade; I know a million more days still wouldn’t have been enough. You are always with me but for the rest of my life I will look forward to the day I get to hold you again ♥️
We love you forever, my boy. taken in Chicago, Illinois by @disco_pony86

🗣️ SAY THE THING.
The only way we are going to get through this is with radical kindness and wholehearted honesty, my friends. Forgive, let go, have patience (for yourself too), listen, be brave, let the light shine out of EVERY. SINGLE. PORE.
