Artist Spotlight: Disco Therapy 🪩

Born and raised in San Antonio, with her DJ journey beginning in Corpus Christi, Disco Therapy has built a sound rooted in groove, energy, and movement.

From rooftop bars to opening for major headliners, she brings a style that knows how to keep the dance floor locked in. Her sets move through house, disco, tech, and open-format sounds — creating a vibe that feels familiar, fresh, and always dance-driven.

As one of the artists behind Sound Mechanics, Disco Therapy brings the rhythm, range, and energy that help shape what we’re all about.

This is Disco Therapy.
