Meet the Owners Behind Carlyle’s Chicken Wings! 🍗🔥

Founded by Jay Carlyle in August 2025, Carlyle’s Chicken Wings is a family-owned business built on over 10 years of grilling tradition.

From Backyard Grilling to Two Locations!

What started at local farmers markets in Tracy and Oakland’s Jack London Square quickly grew into two restaurant locations in 2026.

📍 Oakland: Jack London Square, near the Jack London statue

Friday night @emeryvillefleamarket 🫶🏽🩷
@sisitheeegoat had me outside on a cold one 🤣 but shoutout my girl for inviting me out 🫶🏽 As always the market was a cool little vibe .
@moonlightcafe.ca , got to to finally meet her and try her fire drinks . I'm not even a matcha person at all but her banana matcha was pretty solid 🔥
@cambodian_eggrolls ... took me long enough to finally try .... those were hands down the best egg rolls I've ever had in my life ... and the chicken 🤤
And to end the night @thefixcafee hooked it up with a refreshing Shirley temple , giving tasty & demure
