A NEW ROAD IS OPENING UP WESTERN DHOFAR 🚙🏔️

The new Rakhyut–Dhalkut coastal road is making it easier to explore one of the most remote and spectacular parts of Dhofar. 🇴🇲

The new 20 km coastal dirt road cuts the distance between Rakhyut and Dhalkut from around 60 km to just 20 km — a shortcut of roughly 40 km. 🚙💨

But the best part?

The route takes you through rugged mountains, untouched coastal landscapes, wadis, springs, beaches and some seriously beautiful scenery that was much harder to access before. 🌊🏔️

If you love off-road adventures, road trips and exploring the lesser-known side of Oman, this is one route to put on your list.
