A fresh chapter for Tandoori Indian Grill began in 2023, when Shupinder took over ownership and revamped the menu.

Alongside classic Indian dishes, the restaurant also brings those flavours into its drink menu, using Indian spices to create cocktails with a twist. On Friday evenings, the atmosphere gets another layer with live music from local musicians, from jazz guitar to sitar, from 6–8pm.

And this month, Tandoori Indian Grill is taking part in Restaurants for Change in support of the Nelson Food Bank. Stop in for a meal, enjoy the music, and support a local business that’s giving back to the community at the same time. by @discovernelson

On this National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, the Nelson Chamber of Commerce honours the survivors of residential schools and their families. We are committed to learning, listening, and building stronger relationships with Indigenous communities. Today, we reflect on the importance of truth, reconciliation, and healing.

Let’s take this day to educate ourselves and work towards a future built on respect, inclusion, and understanding. 🧡 by @discovernelson
