🎡🤤 NC STATE FAIR FOODIES, WYA?! ❤️🔥

I got invited to @ncstatefair Media Day, and let’s just say… they understood the assignment! 😍🙌🏽

I had the BEST time getting a first taste of some of the newest and most creative food creations coming to the fair this year alongside other amazing creators and media friends!

✨ 80+ NEW FOOD ITEMS
🍭 Sweet treats for my dessert lovers
🍗 Savory bites for my foodies
🥤 New drinks to sip on
🍪 And BISCOFF?! BABYYYY, it’s showing up in all kinds of ways… even in a savory dish! 👀😂

I love seeing how creative these vendors get every year! There’s always something new to discover, something unexpected to try, and a whole lot of deliciousness waiting around every corner.

Now I gotta ask… 👇🏽

Are you TEAM SWEET 🍭 or TEAM SAVORY 🍗? And would you try Biscoff in a savory dish?!

Tag your fair buddy because y’all have some EATING to do❤️🎡

Sometimes your body just needs a moment to slow down. 🤎✨

I spent 40 minutes at @perspireolderaleigh in the infrared sauna and let me tell y’all… my BODY was thankful! 😮‍💨

As someone who works out often, this was the perfect little reset; relaxation for my mind, a treat for my body, and some much-needed relief for my muscles.

🎉INFRARED SAUNA BENEFITS 🔥

✨ Relaxation
✨ Muscle recovery
✨ Circulation
✨ Stress relief
✨ Sleep support
✨ Overall wellness

And the SNO shower?! 🥶 45°F for 45 seconds. Brrrrrr! I was NOT ready 😂

I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and restored. Sometimes the best thing you can do is slow down and give your body some love. ✨

When I want a meal that’s fresh, flavorful AND makes me feel good afterward, @tazikisrdu is always one of my go-tos! 🥗✨

Everything tastes so fresh, the flavors are SO good, and I love that I can enjoy a delicious Mediterranean-inspired meal without feeling like I’m sacrificing flavor for healthier choices. 😋

Whether I’m grabbing lunch, meeting a friend, or just treating myself to a good meal, Taziki’s is always a YES in my book! 💚

What’s your go-to order at Taziki’s? 👀👇🏾

Girls’ night, but it MUST be at @savuclt 🔥🥂✨

Sexy ambiance. Drinks literally on fire. Delicious bites. A DJ keeping the energy right. And fire entertainment that had us locked in. 😮‍💨🔥

@savuclt gave us the perfect mix of classy, elevated, low-key and FUN 😌 exactly the kind of night you want to experience🥂

Dress up. Sip slow. Eat good. Catch a vibe. 💋

A little luxury, a little self-care, and a WHOLE lot of RENEWED. ✨👑

My visit to @headspadurham was exactly the reset I didn’t know I needed. The owner @thahairtherapist aka Janae was so warm, kind, and welcoming, and the “Renew” head spa treatment had me completely relaxed! 🤍

And baby… the blowout, fresh trim + curls for the girls?! 😍 I walked out smiling, refreshed, and feeling like a NEW woman!

Durham, if your crown needs some TLC… this is your sign. 👑✨

Summer may be winding down, but BABY… there’s still time to taste it at @velvethippodurham ☀️🥂✨

The drinks? STUNNING. 🍸 Every sip is giving vacation in a glass creative, refreshing, and way too good to have just one, thankyaaa! (Drink Responsibly Please💕)

And the bites?! @chef_reginaj ALWAYS understands the assignment. 👩🏾‍🍳🔥 From the flavor to the presentation, everything was DELICIOUS and made for a night of indulging.

If you haven’t experienced the @velvethippodurham summer menu yet, consider this your sign to go before it disappears. ✨

Good drinks. Good food. Good vibes.
And a little luxury never hurt nobody. 🥂💅🏾

POV: You leave with a fragrance that no one else in the world has. ✨🧴

My mom and I had the BEST time creating our own signature scents at @brightblackcandle in Durham NC 📍 From choosing our fragrance oils to mixing and blending our favorite notes, the entire experience was creative, interactive, and so much fun! 💕

And if fragrance-making isn’t your thing, they also offer candle-making classes! 🕯️

I LOVE discovering Black-owned businesses that create experiences you actually remember. 🥹✨

Add this to your North Carolina bucket list because this is definitely one for the girls! 💅🏾

Would you make your own fragrance or candle? 👀

Sunday brunch just got a whole lot better at @botanicalraleigh 🌿💫

Think: a beautiful space, a DJ setting the mood 🎶, endless brunch favorites, elevated hors d’oeuvres, fresh juices, and mimosas being poured up like the weekend isn’t ending anytime soon. 😌🥂

It’s giving good food, good music, beautiful vibes, and “one more mimosa” energy. 😂🍾

Whether you’re brunching with your girls, celebrating something special, or simply looking for your next Sunday vibe…consider this your sign to pull up😌

There’s something so rewarding about making your favorite sweet treat completely from scratch 🤎✨

I spent the evening at @lutrabakery in Durham, NC thanks to @durhamnc learning how to make cinnamon rolls from start to finish, and every single step was just as enjoyable as the final bite😌 From hearing the story behind the bakery from owner Chris to mixing, rolling, baking, and icing our own cinnamon rolls, this experience was unforgettable😋🍮

If you’re ever in the Durham area, definitely check out @lutrabakery they offer a full breakfast, delicious buns, coffee and so much more✨

There are places you visit… and then there are places that leave a little light with you 🕯️✨

Celebrating my mom’s birthday at @kyskandles was exactly that🥂We laughed, created something completely our own, and were surrounded by so much love from the moment we walked in.

Every fragrance tells a story, every candle becomes a memory, and Ky’s beautiful spirit is truly the heart of it all. Thank you for making my mom feel so celebrated and reminding us that the simplest moments often become the most unforgettable💕

If you’re looking for a unique date idea, girls’ day, birthday celebration, or simply a little joy, add this to your list. Trust me you’ll leave with more than a candle. 🤍✨
