Each event comes with a dynamic duo - a live DJ and an energising Disco Yoga instructor. Together they combine yoga and timeless disco tunes which rejuvenates the mind, body and soul. Their infectious energy, catchy dance routines and feel good music are guaranteed to get everyone moving, singing and smiling. It’s Disco Yoga’s 10 Year Anniversary!! 🎉 🪩 🥂

In June 2016, we launched our first class and it sold out 💥

Before that, it was just Disco Queen Sarah playing tunes out of portable speakers. When she reunited with DJ Darlo earlier that year, they started chatting over a few cocktails and suddenly there was a plan!

Disco Yoga®️ was trademarked shortly after and the rest was history!

Thanks to everyone who has been on the journey, it’s been a blast! We would love to hear you favourite memories below! 😘 Here’s to many more!

Our first festival announcement of 2026… @thewildwoodfestival 🎉🎶🪩

What a fabulous way to celebrate getting through January 🙌 The countdown is officially on for the best independent festival out there! Each year gets better as we reunite with our incredible festival family🩷

This will be our 7th year back and we can’t wait to help celebrate Wildwood’s 10th anniversary in style! 🥂

And of course, we’ll be back in our usual Sunday mid morning slot for the ultimate hair of the downward dog session 🙏
