Not long ago, I had the incredible honor of working with the one and only @latvianradiochoir . This concert was truly special — it opened my eyes, made me reflect, and left a deep mark on me.

A huge thank you to my colleague @marta.ozola.1 —I’ve learned so much from you! And of course to every singer for your honesty, energy, and trust.

Thank you Tadeja Vulc, Andrej Makor! Your music has found its way deep into my heart and will stay there forever.

I will never forget you! ❤️

Exactly 2 weeks ago, there was a very important event in my life - the first solo concert with a professional choir! Full week of magical moments, work and inspiration! ☀️☀️☀️

I would like to express sincere gratitude to International Youth Choir Festival ''Aegis carminis'', Koper-Slovenia for that opportunity.

Warm gratitude to my wonderful professor Andris Veismanis @andrisveismanis . For the help, patience and wisdom! 🙏☀️❤

Many thanks to dear Gregor Klančič @gregorklancic for the valuable advices and experience, warm gratitude to Pika Ribič @r_pika for the excellent organization and care!❤️

I am very thankful to the composers Ambrož Čopi, Andrej Makor, Sojar Voglar Črt - it was a great honour to work with your music!🙏

Thank you to dear Gal Krajčič. (now I can play the timpani😄)

And of course - THANK YOU dear choir singers Zbor Slovenske filharmonije - Slovenian Philharmonic Choir @zborsf @slofilharmonija for love, understanding, experience and bestowal. I will remember and cherish it for the rest of my life. THANK YOU! ☀️

“Si Veriash” (English: If You Could See) is a children’s song that indirectly tells the story of the Sephardic Jews. This Jewish community lived on the Iberian Peninsula for centuries, particularly under Muslim rule, before being expelled from Spain in the aftermath of the Christian Reconquista at the end of the 15th century. Many Sephardic Jews subsequently migrated to the Ottoman Empire, where communities flourished for centuries, particularly in the Balkans and present-day Turkey. They preserved their Sephardic language, Ladino (Judeo-Spanish), which still bears a strong resemblance to Spanish.

In this particular song, the refrain changes to Turkish, telling the child: “Ben seni severim, çok seni severim” (English: I love you, I love you so much).

Some moments are simply beyond words ❤️

Last May, our choir of St. Alexander Nevsky Orthodox Church took part in the International Festival of Orthodox Church Music “Hajnówka”, and we were incredibly honoured to receive First Prize 🏆

It was such a joyful journey - singing the Orthodox music we love, filled with mystery, depth and something that can only be felt.

My deepest gratitude to every singer who took this journey and gave so much heart, courage and work to it. So much stood behind those few precious minutes on stage.

Thank you for making this possible. We did it together. ❤️❤️❤️ taken in Białystok, Poland by @disegesa

✨ A few days have passed since the concert “Lūgšana, kas skan”, but everything we experienced on June 4 still lives in my heart. This evening was deeply special to me. So much love, faith, beautiful encounters, and music all at once. And there was one more very personal moment, the premiere of my choral composition «Svētā Saruna». Even now, it is difficult to find the right words to express what this means to me.

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank the @rigaskamerkorisavesol . To every singer, thank you for your dedication, trust, support, and wholehearted commitment. Thank you for walking this path with me and for bringing this music to life. 🥰

My deepest gratitude goes to Professor Andris Veismanis for his wisdom, guidance, support, and faith. 💙

Thank you to composer @atheobald100 for his beautiful new work, which touched and inspired us to the depths of our souls. 🤍

And thank you to everyone who was there. Your presence, kind words, hugs, and warmth mean so much to me.
This concert was more than just a concert. It was a prayer. And I am deeply grateful that this prayer resonated together with all of you. 🤍💙🤍💙🤍
