On this day we celebrate Hattie McDaniel now your probably wondering who Hattie McDaniel is and I wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t know who she was not a lot of people do now an days but I’m going to change all that Hattie McDaniel was an Singer, song writer, comedian and she was an Actress now let’s go over some of her accomplishments 1. She was the first African American to win an Oscar this Oscar was for Best Supporting Actress she won it in 1940 and that movies name is Gone with the Wind she played Mammy she also won a 1942 NBR award (National Board of Review) for Best Acting in This Our Life she has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame now the movie I know her from is Song of the South where she played Aunt Tempy she was perfectly cast for that movie she showed off her lovely singing voice and she was as sweet as the pie she was making Hattie McDaniel deserves to be remembered so just like Nick Stewart and James Baskett Hattie McDaniel will live forever because I will NEVER LET ANYONE FORGET HER. On this day we celebrate Nick Stewart’s birthday now your probably saying who is Nick Stewart and why are we celebrating his birthday and i wouldn’t blame you for not knowing who this legend is people have been trying to forget what this man has done for the movie business and it personally makes me sad that they want to do that this man is a pioneer and I’m going to give his flowers that he deserves now what was Nick Stewart most known for? On May 27th we lost the unsung hero of Star Wars Marcia Lucas Died at the age of 80 she was the award winning editor behind Star Wars and not a lot of people know just how important she was to making Star Wars the juggernaut it was she was the glue that held everything together and she was also the one the told George no and back then you didn’t do that but she did she is and will always be the most important Woman that has anything to do with Star Wars and she will live on in infamy because of what she did for Star Wars and no one can take that away from her.🕊️🕊️🕊️ by @disney_man1000
